Annual Auction Pre-Registration form
The Annual Auction is Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at the Churchville Nature Center, 501 Churchville Lane Churchville, PA 18966. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. and closes at 11 a.m. The auction begins at Noon. Please click here to read the auction rules. Take advantage of the BCAS "Buck a Bag" program: For all bags of livestock or plants that sell the club gets $1 and the seller keeps the rest. All other items are split 60% for the seller/40% for BCAS.

When labeling physical items please be sure intital code-item number (i.e. HRA1, HRA2, etc). Also include what the item is and any minimum bid. Please do not use marker on plastic bags as it tends to wipe off when it gets wet. If bringing more than 20 items please use 21 as your next number when labeling items. Preregistration closes at 5:00 PM on May 4th.
Please label your bags. Labels will NOT be supplied.
